A Hero Arts Retailer

Hello everyone,

Barb here with a card featuring the Hero Arts Deco Design stencil. I love the clean, modern lines on the pattern and can’t wait to have a play using embossing paste. Here is my card:

Enjoy - April 3

I started by stenciling the background with Hero Arts Soft Pool ink. I stamped the vellum tag with white embossing powder, and added a few clear sequins. Lastly, I added the twine bow, a few DIY enamel dots, and matted the panel on to a card base…and that was it!

We would love for you to play along in  This Month’s Challenge for the theme: “Stencil”! You may enter up to five times to be eligible to win a $25,00 Gift Certificate to the a2z Scrapbooking Store with each entry.

And, as always, you are welcome to use Coupon Code BARB15 for 15% off your order of $25,00 or more (before tax) in the a2z Store. Be sure to check the store for all the new Hero Arts stamps, dies and stencils from the new catalog, and, in case there are a few stamps you’ve been wanting to buy and were waiting for a really great sale, take a look at  our Sales/ Retired Section for 50% and more off…You are also welcome to use my discount code for extra savings!

Have a wonderful day ~

  1. That is just beautiful Barb! The vellum tag over the stenciled background is so pretty! Lovely work my friend! (Hugs)

  2. Gorgeously cool and graphic, Barb … beautifully softened by the lovely vellum tag and curvy sentiment! Anita 🙂

  3. beautiful! love the vellum on top!

  4. Such a pretty card, Barb, with soft pool stenciling giving a subtle, yet eye-catching background. I need to remember to use texture paste with stencils…thanks for the inspiration!
