A Hero Arts Retailer

Flower Tags

Hi everyone, it’s mid-week already, are you looking forward to the weekend?

We seems to have more gatherings in the summer, bar-b-q, and pot-lucks … etc.  Today I want to share some CAS tags (or cupcake/muffin toppers) with you.  They are very fun to make, and you could prepare a whole bunch and have them on standby.

Let’s take a look:

Here’s a shot of the Blueberry one at work!  😛

My process:

  • Punch scalloped oval using various colour card stock.  The size I used is 3 inches in width.
  • Punch oval using with card stock (2 ½ inches in width).
  • Stamp with various images on white ovals, adhere onto colour scalloped oval.
  • To use as cupcake topper, attach tag to toothpick, punch and stamp another plain oval tag and adhere to the backside to conceal toothpick.

The Garden Flowers by Lia set is perfect my project.  The images are really pretty, and the sizes are great for tags and the alike.  And you could build a large bouquet or wreath, or use the entire set for the background.  If you like small pretty flower stamps, this set is a must have!!  In my opinion of course!!!

Use the promote code Cindy15 to get 15% off any purchases $25 and more before shipping at the store should you decide to purchase the stamp set I used or your other favorite Hero Arts products.

Before I go, let me remind you that we are also on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.  If you haven’t done so already, please follow us on these different social media outlets.  You don’t want to miss out on any future promotions!
