Happy Thursday dear friends, It’s Martha Lucia here sharing my thoughts on this great camera with you! This is one image from the Hero Arts City Adventure Digital Kit, that I loved and decided to use combined with the bokeh technique and hidden die cut technique.
To create the bokeh spots I used a sponge dauber that I inked with different colors of classic ink. I only stamped these on the bottom part because I want to keep the image of the camera totally clean. After this, I randomly stamped the little triangles that come on the Hero Arts Happy Stamp & Cut Set using Melon Mambo Classic Ink. I loved this combination of colors!
Then I just took the die cut that comes in this set, and I passed it through the big shot twice. One with this stamped layer of my card and the second with a fun foam, covered on both sides with Stick It Adhesive Sheets, a great tool to paste the die cuts in your project. I pasted the adhesive on both sides because I needed to paste this first over the card base and then I needed to paste the die cut that I cut first with decorated layer.
To finalize my card I paste this layer over the card base in Melon Mambo and I added a little banner with the word thought as a complement of my sentiment. I also gave a little of glimmer over the happy word using a Clear Wink of Stella.
