Happy Anniversary

Hey everyone Monica here, stopping in today with a card I made for my Aunt and Uncle for their anniversary. I used the colors of their wedding as my inspiration and a fun stamp and die floral set from Hero Arts.

I started off by masking off the part of the card that I wanted to stamp. Started stamping the flowers and leaves on the bottom portion of the card panel. Once I was done with that I used a ruler and my versa marker to make line above the stamping, stamped the bow from the set and then the sentiment. Sprinkled some silver embossing powder over the versa mark areas and heat embossed it. Once everything was set I added the panel onto a card base and added some sequins to finish the card.

  1. Very lovely card Monica!! And it’s such a clever idea to use the colours of their wedding! Congrats to them!!

  2. Love the idea of you using the “Wedding Colors’ And it is even more fun for me, because I LOVE the PURPLE! I’m sure they were very touched at the thoughtfulness you put into the card and design! 🙂

  3. What a wonderful card. I love the white space you created. It just makes the flowers pop.
