A Hero Arts Retailer

Cacti and Critters

Aloha friends!

Niki G. back combining two Hero Arts stamp sets that are just so fun together!!

Hero Arts Playful Animals Cl832 Clear Stamps matches DI122 die

Hero Arts Merry Cactus to You CL909 Clear Christmas Stamp matches die DI146

Here’s what I’m talkin’ about…

HAA2ZCozyXmas

I stamped out the pots in the Merry Cactus To You set using Hero Arts ombre inks in

Light Red to Royal Ruby and Lime to Forever Green. Then I stamped out the cacti and on the left

colored with copics and stamped out the top hat.  That sweet mouse is from the Playful Animals set

which was also colored with copics and fussy cut.

I wanted the mouse to have a more holiday look,

so I added the santa hat also from the Merry Cactus to You set.

The santa hat is actually a solid stamp with no black outline.

To make the edge more define, I traced over it with a permanent marker.

Here’s a closer look…

To create the scalloped edge I used a Lawn Fawn Stitched Scallop Border die.

So there you have a sweet little scene using some fun Hero Arts sets!

The holidays are right around the corner so be sure to stop by the

A2Z Scrapbooking store to check out the holiday stash!

There’s even an awesome sale section with tons of holiday stamps just waiting for a good home!

Happy stamping!!

Niki
