A Hero Arts Retailer

Birthday Bling

Hi, friends, it’s Chark here today on the blog and I have a birthday card that I blinged out to show you.

I used my HA Small Square Grid stencil and used a Prismacolor white pencil to outline some of the stencil, then I added some Diamond Stickles to those white lines. I added the Stickles after removing the stencil, but you can do it while the stencil is in place, just be sure to immediately clean the stencil after removing it from your card. Stickles is a glitter glue and you don’t want the glue to dry on the stencil.

After it dried, I adhered a digi heart in black from the Special Birthday Digital Stamps and some Teresa Collins die cut numbers. To the numbers, I added my Hero Arts rhinestones for just a touch more bling. Then a tiny strip of black cardstock to finish the card.

Here’s a close-up of the sparkle.

I hope you’ll join in January’s challenge here and add a lot of bling to your Hero Arts stamps and stencils!

Pssst! Just to let you know, this Hero Arts/Basic Grey stencil is just $3.50 in the store right now–that’s more than half off the original price! And if you check out the sale section, you’ll find lots of stencils are on sale right now, along with holiday stamps and more!

Happy Saturday!
