Art Journal with flowers

NOTICE: It looks like we’re having a bit of trouble with our InLinkz Link-up on our blog. It seems to have a mind of its own and disappeared from the side-bar. However, it found a home on the first day of March here. The DT are trying to put it back where it came from, but until you see it in the usual place on the top right side, you’ll be able to enter here

Hi again!

I was playing with my art journal book yesterday. I tend to clean the tools and remaining materials onto an empty art journal page.  That forms interesting beginnings. First I took this kind of a page. I started to make the site ready.

Then I stamped few flowers on watercolor paper. I colored flowers with watercolor pencils. I cut the flowers out.

Then I gathered together the flowers with 3D foam tape. Just like you now see, I cut small parts of the flowers out of big flowers. This will make a great effect for flowers.

I glued the flowers on the page.

I doodling around flowers with fine pencil.

I made shapes with stencil on page.

I like doodling on every work – almost. Then I made frame on page with sharpie.

I found a magnificent aphorism and I stamped that on page for the last thing.

Now the page is ready!! Do you like it?

If you would like to purchase any of the supplies that I used, please head on over to the store and use the coupon code TARU15,  which will save you 15% off any purchase of $25 and up excluding shipping.

I hope my layout will provide you with some inspiration to participate in our March challenge —  Embossing  (Hero Arts Products Required!)   This challenge runs though the end the month.   You have a chance to win a $25.00 gift card to the a2z Scrapbooking Store.
