A Hero Arts Retailer

Thanks for your Kindness

Hello everyone,

It’s Donna here with the a2z Scrapbooking challenge which is water coloring.  Earlier this month I made a card using a background layer that I made with Ken Oliver’s colorburst with an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. I told you I might be back with another project using the same paper.  This time I cut a circle out of the water color paper.  If you missed the card, here it is and you can see how I made my background.

Closer look at the card:

Here is how I put the card together:

I cut two layers with some stitched dies, I then used the circle that I cut out of the piece I used earlier in the month.  I then die cut three butterflies from theButterfly Pair stamp and cut stamp set.  I only used the small butterfly.  I also cut the “thanks” from the water color piece of paper I had left over. The “thanks” and the sentiment is from the Thanks stamp and cut set.  The 8 1/2 x 11 sheet can go a long way, I still have lots more to use.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope I have inspired you to join the a2z Scrapbooking challenge this month. For more details on the challenge, you can find it here. 1. I just love the deep colors that you can achieve with those colors. Beautiful design and love those butterflies.

  2. So pretty! Almost looks like the butterflies are flying over a pond….Beautiful!
