Hi Stampers!
Ilina’s here today with a card for you! This month’s challenge is free for all, so I decided to combine two stamp sets, the Color Layering Flamingo and Tropical Leaves.
I was inspired by this photo I found on Pinterest while I was searching for color palettes
I started with piece of white Neenah card stock and using 3 ink pads I created the background using the Tim Holtz blending tool. After my background dried I stamped the leaves with Versamark and then embossed with Hero Arts Gold Embossing powder and die cut my panel. Next I stamped the flamingo with help of the MISTI tool and die cut it. I stamped the sentiment on piece of Vellum and heat embossed with with black embossing powder, next I put all my elements together and Voila!
I am really pleased with the results.
And don’t forget to visit A2ZScrapbooking store for the latest and greatest from Hero Arts, and some oldies but goodies, too. And while you are there use the code “Ilina15” to get 15% of your orders of $25+.
And hope you play along with the challenge this month!

Gorgeous card. The background is so beautiful and pairing the die-cut flamingo with it just blew my socks off.
