Hello everybody, Monica here with a card for our July challenge of anything goes! It’s been really hot here in the mid west lately, so I thought an ice cream themed card would be perfect for the challenge. I’m looking forward to fall ( it’s my favorite time of year anyway)!
I used the cute ice cream images to make my background and colored them in with copics. I die cut the circle out and added a piece of vellum behind it. I then stamped my sentiment on a smaller die cut circle and gave it color with ink blending, before adhering it to the center of the vellum opening.
Here is a closer look at an angle so you can slightly see some light peeking through the vellum.

I bet you had great fun coloring the background. It’s happy and sassy. Just perfect for these HOT days. We’re experiencing a week in the 100s – it was 108 yesterday and predicted to be about the same today. So that ice cream card is perfect.
