Today I felt like making a Christmas card, must be the cooler temperatures that are helping my feel more festive. I know it’s not that cool yet as our high today was in the lower 70’s, but it’s a huge difference to the 90 we had on Saturday! Welcome fall temps!!!
I like the way the card turned out. The hardest or at least most time consuming was the background. After stamping the green branches and red berries I ran the background through the cuttle bug several times to “emboss” the greenery. Here is a closer look at the result…
I then stamped and die cut a few extra branches. The tag is stamped and fussy cut using an older HA set (as well as the sentiment I used). I layered my die cut branches and tag on a smaller white panel, adding some twine to the top and tied a bow. Topped the smaller panel onto the card base using some foam adhesive.
