Hi friends and Happy New Year! This month is an easy one – ANYTHING GOES; hope you’ll join our challenge for your chance to win a $25 gift certificate!
I made two super quick and easy Thank You cards; I still needed a few more for Christmas gifts but I’m ready to move on to bright and cheery colors!

For one card, I stamped and embossed the little envelope with Hero
Arts white embossing powder, spritzed the paper and sprinkled on Lindy’s magicals, then spritzed some more – WOW, those are some vibrant colors. I dabbed them off a bit so they wouldn’t mix and become muddy.

The other card was sponged with distress inks, dripped on some water and once dry the envelopes were stamped 2nd generation in the same colors. For both cards, I used the Misti to stamp the sentiment multiple times in Hero Arts Intense Black.
Mounted to a scalloped square card base. I finished them off with the little envelope stamped on some Doodlebug designer paper, the heart was colored with copics and stitched to the water color panel.
Thanks for stopping by; we can wait to see your creations!
