I had heard the expression “cat’s pajamas” before but I wasn’t sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing! I looked it up – according to google it means “an excellent person or thing”. So, I guess it’s a good thing, a nice compliment to pay someone. Keeping that in mind, I used this sentiment for my card.

I’m a cat person and love this stamp set. I was trying to think of ways to use this set to create a card. I started with a tri-square die to cut out the “windows” from a piece of kraft cardstock. To add a bit of interest, I used Cuttlebug’s Oxford embossing folder. On the cardbase, I lightly marked with a pencil the outlines of the “windows” and stamped three adorable kitties in the “windows”. I coloured them with Copics. To complete the card, I stamped the sentiment and punched it out using an oval punch. I used a scalloped oval punch to mat the sentiment and popped the sentiment up with dimensionals.
