Hi, friends, Chark here today with an oval-shaped card using the Hero Arts Large Hydrangea wooden stamp and the Nesting Oval Infinity Dies.
I stamped the Hydrangea stamp on vellum and then heat embossed it in gold. After that, I colored in the flower with Prismacolor pencils. I love those guys!
I added a gold oval frame to the vellum oval and a white cardstock oval behind to make a card. I creased the white card at the top and added adhesive to attach the vellum oval. I wanted to keep it simple, but couldn’t resist adding some blue glitter dots.
To stand the card up, simply trim a tiny bit off the white cardstock on the bottom. You can keep the front oval panel oval without trimming it and it will stand anyway. See?

Gorgeous!!! Great job on coloring the hydrangea blossoms. I never thought to do that on vellum. Might have to give it a try. Thanks for the inspiration! 🙂 ~ Andrea
