Hi,

I am sharing a three tier cake shaped card today.  There is no need for cutting die nor template for this card.  I’ll show you a small tutorial on how to create the card base.  Just read on….

Trim white card stock into 4 by 10 rectangle panel.  Crease at mid point and fold into card base.

  

Use ruler and mark out cake shape and trim away the excess.  Horizontal interval from top 1 inch, 1 1/2 inch, and 2 1/2 inch.  Vertical spacing top tier, cut away 1 inch from each side.  Cut away 1/2 inch from each side for middle tier.

  

Mask and stamp various images as cake decorations.

After all the images are stamped, I colored in the berries with coloring pencils, and embellished with Nuvo drops.  For some shine I added Sprinkled Sugar on the strawberries and Wink of Stella on the raspberries.  For the cake top I stamped the strawberries on another piece of card stock, color, trim, and adhere to card.  I have also rounded the corners of the cake layers.  This cake could be for birthday or wedding, I left the inside blank until at such time I need to use it.  🙂
