Chark – Design Team Coordinator

Hi! I’m Charlene Kochensparger (Chark).  I’ve always loved drawing, crafting and the smell of new crayons. I’m a cardmaker, scrapbooker and a dabbler in other crafts.

I’m also a freelance writer and my first publication is a story in Military Life: Stories and Poems for Children.  I also write for the online mag Books Make a Difference.   A class with Jennifer McGuire made me a convert to Hero Arts stamps–love them! I blog about books and crafts at Glitter in my Kitchen. I am so excited to be a part of this talented team–here’s hoping I can keep up!

Cindy – Assistant Design Team Coordinator

Hello, I am Cindy, born in Hong Kong currently living in Montreal, Canada. I am a mother of two teenage boys (16 and 18). I am programmer analyst working from home, and am looking forward to retiring. Then I would have more time to spend on my rubber stamping hobby!! J I enjoyed drawing in my teenage years, and dabbled in a little bit of water colors in my adult life. But while looking for a gift I’ve discovered rubber stamping and I am now addicted!! Hero Arts stamps were among the first few stamps I acquired and I have always enjoyed their products and their web page/blog! It was for their challenge that I hopped onto the web, and then blog land. I have been making cards for a few years now, although I think I am still looking for my style, I must admit I enjoy making “clean and layer” cards. Other than stamping, I enjoy cooking and when the weather is nice, I tend my garden. I look forward to working with the wonderful DT here at a2z Scrapbooking.

Kymona Tracey – Challenge Coordinator

Hello, I’m Kymona Tracey. Who am I, you ask? I am a women who never slows down and loves it. Yes… I am the energizer bunny’s sister! I just keep going and going (which is something that I am working on, if you follow my weekly wishes on my blog). I am a single mother of two wonderful children who are 8 years apart. My 16 year old son is a true self-made jock who plays every sport you can think of ! My 7 year old daughter is a real life princess who loves anything crafty and girly and absolutely hates anything related to sports. Talk about yin and yang! …but I love it!! Besides running from one activity to another with them, I work full time at a hospital (public health background), facilitate a reading group at work, teach high school students on the weekends and have a huge love of learning new things. I’ve taken classes in photography, web design, knitting, scrapbooking and card-making. I love them all, however, my true passion is card-making.
I was introduced to card making back in 2004 and haven’t turned back since. I started out as a hobbyist just making cards for family and friends. People were always ecstatic when they received a card from me. What they did not know was that it made me feel just as special to make a card for them. This passion pushed me into teaching card-making classes at work with a couple of coworkers who wanted to learn how to make projects for their families. In September 2013, I made a big leap and created my blog, Kreative Kymona. Besides being a mom, I think that this has been one of my most rewarding accomplishments. Just being able to share with my world community makes life so rewarding!

Kristina – Technical Director
I’m 29 years old {forever}. Born, raised, and still live in the moderately small town of Commerce Township, Michigan. By trade, I’m a real estate agent currently working as the marketing & closing coordinator for a top producing agent. I’m a dog mommy to my beautiful Cocker Spaniel Bella, who enjoys playing in my paper scraps all over the craft room floor. In addition to crafts, I would have to say my other passions are cooking and music. Oh and Nail Polish!! My crafting style tends to lean towards the “clean and simple”, the opposite of what my craft room looks, but I also like to venture into new techniques whenever possible. Scrapbooking is my true passion, but I recently delved into the world of card making and quite enjoy it….You can visit me at my blog anytime!
Live, Love, Laugh, Scrap

Hi—I am a craftaholic and card loving maniac.  But first and foremost I am a wife, mother and mema.  My husband is a retired colonel from the U.S. Army, who served 30 years of service.  He is truly an amazing husband, father, and papa who is dedicated to his family and supports me in all of my endeavors.  I have a son, a daughter and three beautiful grandchildren, who are the loves of my life.

My travels have been vast as I was fortunate to live abroad and in multiple states around the Country.  The most interesting thing about traveling is seeing all the beauty that surrounds the World which has shaped my life and eye for creativity.

I have always loved crafting and I inherited that trait honestly because my mother was a home economics major in college. Growing up I always wanted to be in fashion shows, because she would make me new clothes.  She is truly a talented and inspirational artist.  She makes quilts and wearable art clothing, so this is why I give all the credit to her.

Moving forward, I love Scrapbooking–traditional and digital.  I love, love, love making cards, altered art, and photography.  I always strive to integrate my joys that I captured or created in my designs to share with others through blogging.  I just wish there were more hours in the day.  Please feel free to stop by my blog and check out my creations.

Hi ! Welcome to our blog! I am so excited to be launching this blog. I have been scrapbooking since 2012. I had a heart attack shortly after 9-11 and wanted my kids to know my story. Now I scrap just because it is therapuetic:)

I  am addicted to paper. I can just sit and look at it for hours. I really love the girly ones, but with two boys I rarely have an opportunity to use it.

I have been with a2z Scrapbooking since it started in 2007.  The company was started to raise money for Celiac and Behcets Awareness. We are all volunteers. I really enjoy working there. I love being able to meet customers from all over the world.

Hi, I’m Angie Cimbalo and so happy to be here!  After 34 years, I retired from public school music teaching 3 years ago and since then, have had much more time for crafting, yay!  I am married to my best friend and we have 4 adult children.  We live in Texas with our sweet senior English Springer Spaniel and we also have 5 beautiful grandchildren in Texas and New Mexico.

My paper crafting addiction actually happened accidentally.  I had stopped by the music store in town, owned by a friend of mine, to pick up used violin strings and other used broken parts of instruments for my jewelry making hobby and the sheet music dealer there told me an elderly gentleman had just dropped off a big box of vintage sheet music and he was going to throw it in the trash!  I told him, “No, I’ll take it!”  I wanted it for crafting so I took it home, got online to get ideas and that’s where I discovered card making and other paper crafting fun!  And I couldn’t believe how helpful, kind and encouraging that the paper crafting community was!

I still make jewelry and other crafts but card making is the one craft I enjoy the most.  It gives me such joy to make and share cards with family and friends!   I’m really looking forward to the future and so happy to be here with the a2z Scrapbooking Design Team!

Helen Gullett

I am from Indonesia and right now live in Ohio with an amazing husband and 2 beautiful daughters. I am a stay home mom with our youngest daughter when the oldest one goes at school. And also I do some volunteer works from home as translator for some mission organization and women ministries. My husband and I serve at our local church.

I started my paper crafting journey when I was at school. And after getting married and having our first daughter, I started scrapbooking in 2008. In 2010, I discovered my love for card-making when I made our daughter’s birthday cards. I fall in love with Bible Journaling in late 2014, and in early 2016, I am learning more about Mixed Media and wood-burning. One of my favorite moments when I can create projects with my daughters and friends. This passion for crafting and papercrafting just keep growing as I learn, explore and share with others. So very thankful for every single time when we can create and share the joy, encouragement and love through our handmade projects.

I share my life, journey and projects on my blog at Living My Given Life. Thank You!

Hi! My name is Linda, I’m so excited to be back with A2Z. I’m a craft-a-holic from Australia, where I live with my three beautiful daughters and wonderful husband. My craft room is a constant work in progress (as is my style!) I love to paint, scrapbook, make cards, crochet and lots more. My favourite part about crafting has been the gorgeous community of wonderful, supportive women I’ve been lucky enough to become friends with. See you round the blogosphere soon! Here’s Linda’s blog link.

I am from Brisbane, Australia in sunny Queensland , where I live on an acre with over 40 spoilt chickens, 2 spoilt rescue beagles, my husband and awesome 17yo daughter.

For many years I operated my own highly successful graphic design business until a disease stopped all that and so still needing a creative outlet I started making cookbooks and that led me to a craft store and now I am completely addicted. I have always loved stationery and so craft equipment is like being in heaven. I do anything creative, scrapbooking as number one and I like texture and height, flat designs are not me. Mixed media and off the page projects are a big favourite too, but I love a challenge and to try new things. When I am not running around after my animals or loving my daughter, I can always be found at my craft desk, often, very late into the night. www.jacobicreations.com

I’m Erica and I’ve been into crafting most of my life, one way or another. About 10 years ago I got into card making and I have never looked back, which my craft hoarding stash will tell you. My style has evolved a lot over the years and I’m always up for trying new techniques and new brands.
I love water coloring heat embossed images, especially flowers. Ink blending is another favorite, although saying that I adore most things crafty.
I’m super excited to be part of the A2ZScrapbooking blog team and can’t wait to show you my projects and hopefully be of some inspiration to you all. Check out Erica’s Instagram account here.

I have been creative all  my life. It all started with learning to sew at an early age and progressed from there.  I began scrapbooking when my son was born 20 years ago, then transitioned into card making about 5 years ago.  While I am eclectic in my style, I do tend to create more vintage inspired projects. Vintage is timeless and I am able to bring back a point in time with my creations. I often work mixed media into my projects and enjoy altering items to bring them back to life.  I am married and have one son in college. I have two little dachshunds and a beagle that keep me company when I am creating. You can find Monica’s blog here.

Hi, my name is Leslie Turner. I’m married with two grown children and one granddaughter, and I live in beautiful Colorado. I began scrapbooking about 40 years ago, way back when scrapbooks were really bland – before all the fun papers and embellishments came about. For the last 20 years or so, my paper passion has been card making. I started out making computer-generated cards, graduated to card kits, then quickly realized that having my own stash of stuff was the way to go! The rest is history, as they say! I’m addicted to rubber stamping and also enjoy making 3-D paper projects, especially paper shoes and gift bags. I’ve been known to alter a few tins and boxes, and enjoy beading and making jewelry occasionally when I find time. Come visit me at my blog, Love To Scrap 2! Thanks so much for the opportunity to be a part of the a2z Scrapbooking design team!

Hi! I’m Sue N. I live in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. I love crafting. Give me a table, some crafting tools and a bit of music and I’m a happy girl! I started off my papercrafting with scrapbooking. Lately, I’ve been taking fewer photos yet have so much paper, that I started to make cards.

I’d love for you to visit my at my blog – http://foleysfriend.blogspot.ca/
