Kristina – Technical Director & Challenge Coordinator

I’m 29 years old {forever}. Born, raised, and still live in the moderately small town of Commerce Township, Michigan. By trade, I’m a real estate agent currently working as the marketing & closing coordinator for a top producing agent. I’m a dog mommy to my beautiful Cocker Spaniel Bella, who enjoys playing in my paper scraps all over the craft room floor. In addition to crafts, I would have to say my other passions are cooking and music. Oh and Nail Polish!! My crafting style tends to lean towards the “clean and simple”, the opposite of what my craft room looks, but I also like to venture into new techniques whenever possible. Scrapbooking is my true passion, but I recently delved into the world of card making and quite enjoy it….You can visit me at my blog anytime!  Live, Love, Laugh, Scrap

Chark – Special Digi Duel Designer

Hi! I’m Charlene Kochensparger (Chark).  I’ve always loved drawing, crafting and the smell of new crayons. I’m a cardmaker, scrapbooker and a dabbler in other crafts.

I’m also a freelance writer and my first publication is a story in Military Life: Stories and Poems for Children.  I also write for the online mag Books Make a Difference.   A class with Jennifer McGuire made me a convert to Hero Arts stamps–love them! I blog about books and crafts at Glitter in my Kitchen. I am so excited to be a part of this talented team–here’s hoping I can keep up!

Cindy – Design Team Coordinator

Hello, I am Cindy, born in Hong Kong and have been living in Montreal, Canada for many many years. I am a mother of two young adults.  I was a programmer analyst working from home, but now retired.  I have been making cards for quite a few years now, although I think I am still looking for my style, I must admit I enjoy making “clean and layer” cards, however always willing to try new techniques.  Other than stamping, I enjoy cooking and when the weather is nice, I tend my garden.

Arlene – DT
I never crafted until my sons were 8, 10 and 12. I found ceramics and with a neighbor, purchased green ware, painted, baked in my kiln and marketed on a local scale, all sorts of unique ceramics. Our Baby Grand Pianos were among my winners.Lots of dust and downward swing in the economy lowered my interest in this activity. I tried a craft that took up less space, beading. That is still interesting, but not as much as creating paper projects, especially cards and my oldest stamp is dated 1995. It was an off and on love affair, but finally became an a full fledged passion. There is a saying among card makers, “There is never enough paper”. I am now saying “NO” to paper because it’s taking over my linen closet too. Enough paper for now… well, down to allowing only one paper purchase a month.

Gwendolyn – DT

Hi I’m Gwendolyn, I’m originally from Singapore but I spent more than half my life living away from home, in places like New Zealand and France, and we are now expatriates in Ulm, Germany, the birthplace of Albert Einstein!

I gave up my job in the aeronautical industry 5 years ago, to follow my hubby to Germany, and now I have tons of free time to spend with our 3 teenage kids, 2 dogs and also try loads of new things. I picked up crafting a a few years ago starting with soy candle making, crochet, abstract acrylic painting… but when I discovered card making 2 years ago, I immediately became hooked on it and now I do it all the time! I’m essentially a one layer card maker who LOVES colouring. I started learning to water-colour 6 months ago and it is now my favourite medium to use, although I love my colour pencils and alcohol markers, which is a recent discovery too.

I love sharing how I create my cards, so do follow me on my blog https://desperatehousewifecraft.com, Instagram @desperatehousewife_craft or on youtube https://www.youtube.com/desperatehousewifecraft and of course here on A2Z Scrapbooking, where I’m thrilled and honoured to be part of this fabulous team & giving back to society through their different charities. I look forward to inspiring you and be inspired in return! “Creating everyday is not taking time from life, it is creating life.” – Me 🙂

Karen – DT

Howdy, I’m Karen. I live in Northern California with my husband, son and two sweet dogs Lucy and Aspen. I have lived in California all my life but have seen many other states.

I have always had a crafty side. When I was young I painted plaster, decorated shirts with fabric images and paint, did some macramé, and a few others. I dabbled many years ago with stamps and punches to make cards. I have come a long way since then. I started scrapbooking about 17 years ago which led me to card making somehow which I have been doing for about 8 years. Once in a great while I do some beading. Just like paper crafting I have collected a lot of supplies.

My favorite craft is making cards. There are so many techniques that can be done with cards which is why I love it. We are lucky today to have access to so many talented card makers for discovering new things to try.

I share my cards on my blog kcskards.  You can also find me on Flickr and Instagram

Annie – DT

Hello Friends, my name is Annie Collins and I have been crafting all my life. I started at 4 years old sewing with my mother. My passion for crafting and sharing continued to grow over the years. I love paper crafting the most – all forms of it.  I live in sunny Florida with my fantastic family, husband, 3 children and pets. I can’t wait to share some projects and be inspired by all of you. You can visit Annie at her blog: Little Wings Creates

Christi Conley – DT

I am a mom to the Fabulous Feline Five; love to make all kinds of art, read, & sleep. I moved from the East Coast to wonderful Colorado in 2010 with my felines and family.  I enjoy recycling, tag & garage sales, and creating something cool out of nothing.  A few years ago I started my own blog, Art Without Anxiety, and I have been extremely fortunate to make a bunch of great friends, get on some amazing design teams, and get over my fear of sharing my creations.  I truly enjoy blogging and sharing a bit of myself and my art with my readers.  I don’t have a specific style or anything that particularly inspires me; I just go with the flow!  I started rubber stamping and paper crafting in the early 90’s and I was absolutely hooked from day one (so hooked I signed up to be a demonstrator without ever having been to a demo, class, or anything – I found the information online and joined up!)  I can’t draw a crooked line, so rubber stamps became the way I could express myself artistically, plus there is so much you can do with them!  After all these years, I am still amazed when I watch embossing powder melt; the process just fascinates me!  I can get bored with things fairly easily and quickly, but I am never bored when I am playing with my stamps, papers, chipboard, paints, inks, and all the other goodies this hobby has to offer.  I love quotes and one of my very favorite things to do is create wall hangings, as well as mixed media and cards —  well, honestly, I love it all!  In addition to my blog, you can find me on Pinterest and Instagram; I’d love to have you stop by!

Linda- Owner

Hi ! Welcome to our blog! I am so excited to be launching this blog. I have been scrapbooking since 2012. I had a heart attack shortly after 9-11 and wanted my kids to know my story. Now I scrap just because it is therapuetic:)

I  am addicted to paper. I can just sit and look at it for hours. I really love the girly ones, but with two boys I rarely have an opportunity to use it.

I have been with a2z Scrapbooking since it started in 2007.  The company was started to raise money for Celiac and Behcets Awareness. We are all volunteers. I really enjoy working there. I love being able to meet customers from all over the world.

You can also find me on my blog: Visions of Paper.
